PC-cillin Firewall Settings for SeeNoEvil

Open the PC-cillin Control Panel
Click on Personal Network & Firewall Controls
Click Settings under the Personal Firewall section
Make sure Activate Personal Firewall is checked
Click on the Personal Firewall Profile that you are currently using (default is Direct Internet Connection) and click Edit
Click on the Network Control tab on top
Check the box next to Web Services (HTTP)
Click the Add button
Type SeeNoEvil into the Name of Network Control Rule field
Check that the connection is set to Outgoing, and Action is set to Allow
Set Protocol to TCP
Type 6256 in the Specified Port(s) field
Click OK
